No appraisal, they want us to work overtime but don't want to pay for it, no national holidays, no bonus, no heath insurance, no job security, no paid leaves, if you're on sick leave they deduct money from your salary, director is hopeless and arrogant no manners to talk, treats employees like slave, don't respect them, boss is idiot all he cares about his image and money, boss son is total idiot head too, he doesn't know how to manage office and employee depends on others always give lame excuses for his fault,using pirated softwares at company and if complain about it they simply said I don't going to spend money for this shit
