It's a great company with high standards on work culture. Good salary and that's it.

They attack you with pay but do not fall into it on there is a huge veritable pay. Minimum started from 35% and leaving company is even worse 3 months notice and that too a cannot put down your papers in single and take back.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14 - 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend Clint calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals ' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Ido receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for Freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes

No vision in IT, leaders/managers are merely postman. Your growth and job security is 100% dependent on your leaders and 0% on work quality you deliver. I have seen absolute poor performers getting promoted and very good performers struggling to keep job during frequent reorgs. Lot of care / safety / people Dev only in powerpoint slides. They don’t act what they preach.

I think Shell is one of the best company in the world where you can upskill and improve yourself in every aspect. Company work culture and Policy for employee is very attractive. They really care for employee wellbeing and here Policy is not only on Paper. There is good work life balance in this company.

Salary structure they can improve. But they are giving good as per Market standard. But they can pay good salary to employees who deserve.

...tly if continuous re-organisation happens and time taken for reorg is that long. Potential salary decrease for indian employees by salary restructuring exercise, this is very unique seeing the inflation in india.
