Ex- you get every alternate Friday as a holiday along with your Saturdays and Sundays, in a month 10 Mandatory leaves. Also Learning Curve is Exponential as you Interact with stakeholders globally and you always solve a problem that is building and supporting a better future for Electric Vehicles.

Dislikes

- On the Compensation part if you compare this with startup, salary isn't much, but if you seek work life balance, this is your trump card. - Clarity of what is required to excel is confusing, If you don't know what are your performing metrics as they change out of the blue without intimation.

I have not come across anything that I dislike about working at Shell Recharge Solutions, but something worth considering would be that occasionally you might be required to attend calls with the offshore teams during later part of the day.

What i really like about working at shell is the flexibility it offers. The 9/80 schedule, where we get an additional Friday off every alternate week, is amazing and helps a lot with work-life balance. Plus, there are no strict rules about logging in or out at specific times - as long as the work gets done, we can manage our time the way it suits us best.

- The Most Important thing for me is Skill Development and I get that opportunity to learn new things - My Manager never stops me when it comes to learning new things . - Company Culture is good -As a new joiner you will never feel lost

This is Specific to me - I don't find myself productive working from office I would prefer a work from home model
