I'm happy that I'm a part of Shell family . we are basically into Staffing right now we working with Multiple MNC Companies If anyone are Interested to collaborate with us we are happy to be with you as a Vendor. and I'm Sure shell will Provide Best services.

Working at SHELL INFOTECH made me realize my real potential - gave me a platform where I can prove myself utilize my skills for the betterment of the company & as well as learn new skills.

Dislikes

I think somewhere in the line we are losing our credibility & not following our professional conduct due to which we might incur some problems ahead.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
