This company has almost nothing for seasoned professionals. Existing Department Heads and Managers are not so welcoming to the professionals. You may face office politics if you don't know how to flatter your colleagues and seniors. If you are not a Gujarati, you may feel suffocated here. And anyway, if you are Muslim, you may taste the living hell in the office. Even your subordinates may call you 'PAKISTANI' at any time. Although there are some Gujaratis and others natives too who are very friendly and supportive naturally. These a few kind decent people may turn your experience 180 Degrees; They can make you forget and forgive all the bad treatment you experience here.

Good work environment and supportive colleague however in this pandemic situation the company is not at all supportive..they are not paying us our salaries properly due to which it's a major issue.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
