Nothing. Don't get confused with high rating in ambition box. It is manipulated and fabricated by the company. You will be asked to give 5 star rating in ambition box at the time of joining. That's how they have managed this rating.

...roper system nor any coordination between different departments in this company. Your salary will be on hold if you do not reach MRR target, this MRR itself is a totally rubbish concept. Distributors are doing every malpractices in market and company is doing nothing about it because company is afraid of them. You wont get variable pay which is mentioned in your offer letter.

Very much satisfied to work in sheenlac. On time salary credited with more benefits. Worth full appraisal and promotions. Good approaches from HR team for completing my interview process till on-boarding. I got supportive teammates and managers.

...tions, the hiring team is really arrogant and poor in terms of discussing hikes. They don't increase your Fixed Income in which tricky situations may occur when you never know about the Variable Pay according to their new terms (KRA). Though KRA is not a bad gateway for variable pays but you must be really aware and informative for it is really high (nearly 8k) and they discuss this as a hike in terms from previous employment. The hike does not increase at all in Fixed Income when you ask for it and never mind they always have another people in mind if you say No to these terms. This is the only and uttermost drawback interms of sheenlac but they are really Good in other terms such as work ethics, culture etc.

No job security, no Salary, no proper management, no sales policy. I recommend 100 and 10% dont join in this organization if join your career will be spoil. Worst company internal politics they offer RSM ZCGM GM AGM but its spoil your career the way you will suddenly loos your job they give 3days target if dont you will not in system day to day you will face tourcher. If your in rsm position you will not search below position in otger companies bcz as a rsm in this company is not equalent to other company rsm role
