... help you guys who are willing to join Sheenlac Paints. Please read completely. First thing they will tempt you with a offer letter including fixed pay and variable pay . But in reality the variable pay is not possible because of the targets they set and the actual market was not that much . Secondly Sheenlac was not a big company in paints sector They are manufacturer's of thinner which is used to mix in the enamel or to remove the paint . The product value is very less and the company thinks that their brand was unbeatable and they introduced primer into the market with very high price ,Even Asian paints primer price is also very less compared to Sheenlac primer . They will force you to sell that primer. Third thing is heigher Management I think they are not even graduate's Their will be a ZSM he is basically a auto driver he doesn't know how to speak or how to deal .And how to behave with employees and he will use road side rikshaw puller language. Then RSM he don't know the market trends but knows the stock market trends . He will not be in market But round the clock he will be in stock market .He will do his own business rather than job By maintaining this type of heigher Management Sheenlac was dreaming to concure the market . The management will purely misleading the company by creating fake bills and fake orders . The entire heigher management will involve in this type of work. One should travel daily 100-130kilometers per day. Sheenlac will spoil your career Not even sales team but HR team and Admin team will also change in every 2-3 months because of Sheenlac policies. If you left your job they will not give you salary. I didn't received my March month salary till now. The people who recruited and trained me also left their jobs.

Work HR manager He will not answer your calls He will not settle the payment I didn't received my salary till now. Heigher Management will not support you unless you are their shoe licker. I suggest not to join in this organisation.

No job security, no Salary, no proper management, no sales policy. I recommend 100 and 10% dont join in this organization if join your career will be spoil. Worst company internal politics they offer RSM ZCGM GM AGM but its spoil your career the way you will suddenly loos your job they give 3days target if dont you will not in system day to day you will face tourcher. If your in rsm position you will not search below position in otger companies bcz as a rsm in this company is not equalent to other company rsm role

Majorly it is a family run business thus delayed decisions from the management hampering the business.Even top most employees is also does not have power to act.
