Already working from Feb'23 but the day no training is there. Training completed one batch and they expect freshers to work like trained employees. Joined as a BDM but don't understand what actually doing. Joined on third party payroll and calling client to my own company. Actually puzzled.

I was fortunate to work at this company for my first job. The work culture, environment, brand goodwill, and continuous product improvement were remarkable. I was also lucky to have a supportive manager, colleagues and an enthusiastic cluster head, from whom I learned a lot in this organization.

Dislikes

Nothing a lot but salary and good incentive structure should be there.

Here soon you become a part of family as I am reviewing this after almost three months of working in the firm. At first for sure the workers exploit you but soon you are the part of the team and people start helping you and you have excellent learning experience as no one bothers you for minimum 30 days and after that your senior start giving you work and which keeps on compiling each passing day and that's gradual learning.

Dislikes

...praisal, you don't get much leaves and the one's you get you can't club at once. Bad for people with different states as they need a long vacations so salary will be deducted and would too affect the growth.

Long rout for home and office. Career growth is slow.

The work culture is excellent and the environment will make you very secure. Salaries hardly get delayed

Dislikes

... is an excellent place to work, you will be stuck at same designation for years. Even if designation changes, do not expect much change in pay.
