New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Job security is the best thing . During covid time as well non of the employees are fired neither their salary stop for any months. Timely payment of salary during that pandemic situation as well.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No growth opportunity is their even salary is very low compared to others company. Salary hike Is very poor . Some people are working for more Than 12 years in same post and with a very low hike because of job security. If anyone keen for growth then not right place to work for longer time.
