Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is nothing to like.

There are many dislikes like non coperative collegues, there is no rigid management in shb financial services, owner of the shb is mannerless, she does not know how to talk to girls and does not respect any of her employees, salary is not paid on time always, for ex salary of april will be provided in last week of may, one should stay at home rather working in shb financial services, working there was my worst experiene.
