Worst compa ever. They dont care about employees. Every year they hire new employees and fire them in next 8-10 months. No job security. No growth. Everyone is worried when they will be asked to leave the job.
The company is not worth to work and grow with it, Bcoz there is no job security and they can terminate any time. And the Company Management is not even good as expected.
...ions, no one hears you no support frm Management, Only supportive is my Manager. They incurred cost in irrelevant things but, But increments, no bonus, no extra overtime etc. they want the work at any cost you have to wait till 12 O clock and work but the work should be finished.
Shaze is my first retail company. One of my personal favourite company to work.Company culture is too good and is in favour of employees. Policies were good initially, later there were lots of changes. If getting opportunity to join back, I will definitely jump in. No doubt I grew up in sales. And at the wrong time pandemic struck, and company laid off me. As a company, I was keeping expectations that they will retain us back... But all expectations were put in drain.
As an employee, I had high hopes that we would be retained back. And this commitment was also given by HR that your salary is not there but your job is secured.. then we were laid off. We asked HR of any chances getting relocated. They said yes and never called us. That should not happen. When an employee works for an organisation, he/she put all their effort ls so that their work is noticed. But in return we get this for being true.
The ORGANISATION IS TERRIBLE. NO LIKES. THEY ARE SUPPORTING BY NOT PROVIDING THE SALARY TO THE TERMINATED STAFF, BUT NOT EVERYONE( WHO ARE FAVOURITES), BUT ONLY TO COUPLE OF INDIVIDUALS.(NOT FAVOURITES) MORE IMPORTANTY YOU WONT BE PAID ANY INCENTIVES EVEN IF YOU ACHIEVE YOUR TARGET 105%. ALL FAKE TALKS BY THE HR AND SM.
THERE IS NOTHING TO LIKE ABOUT, EVEN YOU, URSELF PERSONNELY HAVE TO REQUEST THE HR and THE STORE MANAGER TO CREDIT THE SALARY. NO JOB SECURITY, THE SM EVEN HAVE NO CONFIDENCE WHAT HE IS DOING, ZERO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE SALES AND SALES ENVIRONMENT, HUGELY DISCRIMINATES BETWEEN STAFF, FOR ME PERSONNELY. THE ENVIRONMENT IS VERY PATHETIC FOR A NEW EMPLOYEE TO WORK THERE. THE SM TRUELY BELIVES IN AIR TALKS(RUMORS). AS IN RETAIL, EVERY EMPLOYEE INCLUDING THE STORE MANAGER HAVE TO DO EACH AND EVERY SHIFT, ACCORDING TO THE STAFF AVAILABILITY, BUT HERE THE STORE MANAGER ITSELF ONLY DOES GENERAL SHIFTS i.e.10AM-8PM. NO MATER WHAT OTHER STAFFS ARE FACING PROBLEMS, THE SM CANNOT MANAGE THE SHIFT FOR HIMSELF L, BUT WE HAVE TO DO IT , NO MATTER WHAT ON THE EARTH IS THE PROBLEM WITH US. THE SM ITSELF CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH PROPERLY, BUT TRIES TO CONSTRUCT THE SENTENCES IN AN EXPERIENCED WAYS. THERE ARE MILLIONS OF SUCH THINGS WHICH NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE, BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A MOLE IN EVERY ORGANISATION NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU DO THE PEST CONTROL.
THERE IS NEVER A JOB SECURITY IN SHAZE.
PLEASE RESPECT THE STAFFS.
