Unfortunately, there's no job security here. The Head Designer, Mr. Akshay Deep Singh, appears to be a good person, but he's two-faced - saying one thing but meaning another. No one will genuinely help you here, and you'll constantly feel stressed about something or other. The work expectations are extremely high, but the salaries are ridiculously low. To make matters worse: - Favoritism is rampant, and merit is ignored. - Communication is poor, and transparency is nonexistent. - The work environment is toxic, with constant gossip and negativity. - You'll be overworked and undervalued. - There's no room for growth or professional development. - The management is unapproachable and unresponsive. - The company's policies are unfair and biased. - The workplace is unhealthy and uncomfortable. If you value your mental health, career growth, and overall well-being, stay far away from this place."
