No one will genuinely help you here, and you'll constantly feel stressed about something or other. The work expectations are extremely high, but the salaries are ridiculously low. To make matters worse: - Favoritism is rampant, and merit is ignored. - Communication is poor, and transparency is nonexistent. - The work environment is toxic, with constant gossip and negativity. - You'll be overworked and undervalued. - There's no room for growth or professional development. - The management is unapproachable and unresponsive. - The company's policies are unfair and biased. - The workplace is unhealthy and uncomfortable.
