Lots of politics during appraisal done by R.Shrivastava (P.M.) and Samir Deshmukh (C.O.O.). ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES WILL GET A GOOD RAISE IN SALARY. A HARD WORKING MALE CANDIDATE CAN ONLY EXPECT 10% HIKE WHEREAS FEMALE CANDIDATES WITH NO WORK CAN EXPECT 20-25% HIKE DURING APPRAISAL.

As my personal experience, This was one of the worst experience in shavo Norgen company. I was working as dispatch Assistant there, I'm department JITENDRA DALVI was my senior despatch executive, he doesn't have any manner how tho talk with there junior. In office hour they are carrying alcohol in office so that I have complaint about that to the senior manager but no action taken against JITENDRA DALVI, and then dalvi was always torturing me for that complaint rise by me. Day by day there behaviour for me is very rude. He was talking about my personal things and torturing me daily, so that I can leave the office and yes at the last I was so depressed 😔 by him and I have left that company.

The company has got very good reputation in domestic as well in international market for its product quality.

This is typical old fashion company, where most of the employees are 45+ years old and have been working with company for very long period time. They dont want to change job, they dont want to adopt new things/ technology, for new young people its very difficult to get along with them. No matter how talented and experienced you are, but you are not allowed to take any kind decision on your own, even not allowed send email to client ( Asst managers are not allowed to do so). You job is to follow the orders/ instructions of your superiors and accept/ face the situation without saying anythings like a slave. Growth is very very very slow........ Management people wants to each and every thing, there no such thing like freedom.

Yes I learnt many basic things of Sales as it was my fist step in sales. Staff was very helpful. Good opportunity to start your carrier in Pneumatics.

Only the thing is don't have future or that much growth here after 1/2 yrs.
