...re is a lot of egotism senior and the management doesn't understand our problem. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. On the job training is not given to nee joinees

yes it is very good..im very glad to do work in shathabdhi..all staff mem..r very polite..and they help to explain me in work progress. and for company through..yrly..ah all staff mem who was lead in work they are doing the work properly the company will a certificate and medals..vth prize money..

There is a lot of Flexibility in STPL. An Employee can come and go at any office timings without affecting the most important thing i.e Sales. There is good amount of Travel as v have a Domestic & International Tours from the company from the co. with certain Terms & Conditions.

The GMs & Sr. GMs are not professionally qualified though there is no professional qualification required working in the Real Estate Sector. People coming with Professional Qualifications and MNC Experience have a compatibility issues.
