Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I was given a chance to work as a lecturer in the college. The work life and salary was pathetic. The management won't pay the salary on a timely basis, in fact, they won't pay even for once in three months at least. While I am leaving the job college people kept my 6 months salary for no reason. They fire the faculty at the time of vacations to save at least one month salary and recruit again when college reopens. Bad choice to work in this college.
