NO LEAVES IN THE OFFICE LIKE PL, SL OR CL. ANY DAY YOU TAKE LEAVE EVEN AFTER 4 YEARS OR 5 YEARS OF WORKING YOUR PAY WILL BE CUT. NO MEDICAL OR CONVEYANCE BENEFIT. YOU WORK ON CONTRACT AND WHEN YOU RESIGN YOU HAVE TO GIVE ONE MONTH NOTICE. IT IS BASICALLY RUN BY FATHER, SON AND DAUGHTER IN LAW (PROPRIETOR CO.)

The company has no work ethics will only take people who r jobless so to pay less.

No salary raise. Though company is for 25 yrs in mkt and earn huge profit. No employee has remained permanent in this organization max to 1 to 2 yrs. No leave at all like cl, sick leave,. Hw many years u r still u can tk leave only wth pay cut. After completg full one year then only bonus of 15 day salary given

Had a great time with the team. The company was always there to support in case of any need. Good growth and job satisfaction. Left because I relocated to south India due to personal reasons.

I wish they had a office in Bangalore. I could have continued working for them

I took this job during corona when others were not helping, they helped me. Products are very technical, but global MNC brands so sales market is very vast and I lot of potential to grow sales and for personal growth

Pathetic company. They call you for 6 days trial on 3rd day they will say at 6:30 don't come from tomorrow that too without telling the real reason. I didn't get paid either. I felt like suing the company. My only advice is that don't join without proper offer letter and clarity on profile. This company discriminates non Gujarati employees.
