Sharpsys is not a very good company for learning as a fresher.TL didn't treat me well and they made me feel dumb and pushed me to a worst case.its just an 17th day of my journey and they asked me to quit the trainee period and they didn't give me a valid reason for quiting.the team leader is not so good and motivative.they partialize people there. There is no friendly environment for learning.How much effort you put they tell this is not enough.they judge people for time period.they don't train you well make u quit.
