The salary is low and doesn't match the work you are doing, Promotions doesn't seems to be done on performance but more on who you know and or how well you get along with management. Hard work often goes unnoticed and there is no real recognition for it. the company doesn't focus on helping employees to grow or develop skills, so career advancement feels like a dead end. The focus seems to be making money more than proving quality care for patients. Doctors and Staff are not treated well The work culture is not great either - management can let you go without warning based on there moods or personal reasons, which creates a a lot of stress and uncertainty. The organization is also going though some tough financial times and salaries are sometimes paid from loans which is concerning. Overall, it feels like place where you are valued and job security is unstable. I Would suggest looking for a more stable and supportive job elsewhere

The shift timings are convenient for anyone and you can reach out to anyone in case of any problem

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. The management never denies to provide leaves but they always create a trap inside which you will never be able to take leave.The management says they are not involved in politics but they are involved in politics.

Sharp Sight Eye Hospital management staff behaviour is not good they all are very proudly and always soughting also every day feelings when they will terminate us like that😭😭also don't have job security

The hospital is very clean and hygienic. Also my RM and ex-Centre manager was very supportive. Hence I had a quite good time working with them.

Dislikes

The environment that we have at Ranchi Centre. Fully biased, some people do politics all the time including my present centre manger. I hated the work culture at Ranchi Centre and due to this, the centre will never grow.
