owners are very good in nature and behavior but other managerial person are very bad in behavior, they don't judge people by their work they need gossips type ladies, whether you will work or not but you need to sit late, it reflects that you are very hardworking they not understand efficiency of working with in office hours.

Salary appraisal- It's depend not on work performance but its depends on how you impress Mrs. Vidhi Goel (Director), If you impress her than in Sharp no one can touch you whether you are working or not, you can avail all benefits even double/triple times increment along with bonus in the mid of year and even some times ever month.But these benefits only for few people who can do what Mrs. Vidhi Goel (Director) requires.
