Work culture is great. You can get tremendous scope in engineering point of view. Senior management is descent and supportive except corporate HR.

Dislikes

HR management very disgusting. You can't get benefits as per your efforts. Company (Corporate HR) does not think to retain candidates after resign even they performed extraordinary.

Canteen facilities very bad.H R policies not good.poor vehical parking. Attendance punch machine of production in production Area.you can't enter without dress.job training only in documents not physically.

There are so many wonderful things about working for the company . I also love the company culture and enjoying working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to again a lot of knowledge.
