Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Got to learn a lot of things like how to work in tally, how to make Balance sheet in excel. Making and Filing of Computation and ITR. The work environment is great, colleagues are friendly. Had a great learning experience.

Overall everything is Good.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for learning in Taxation and Accounting field also there is vast scope for learning in GST. Boss and colleagues are very helpful and supportive. Growth, upgrade Skills, culture and network everything is there.
