Very Terrible and very disappointment experience at sharma cars pvt Ltd and No personal life at sharma and no growth at sharma organization also only salary 12000 technician level so can't live with this salary and i have joined at 2016 and i resign at 2022 but my salary is only 12000 so growth is 0..

The Most important thing about Sharma Cara is all over directors are so much invobled with staff that they know each and every person individually from door man to chair man. We were been asked about our and our families safety during lockdown periodically by our directors. The work cluture here is totally different and unique in its styel compared to amy other company. And that is the reason it is the most reputed and oldeat in the city.

The vinatge staff is not working hinestly. The owners truat them that they are the oldest employee of company. But in return the employees do not work honestly.
