...tics in this company. if u want to be in this company you must have a godfather. without godfather you cant survive for long time & one major point you can increase the salary anytime and if you are a good book person.

The company is good. I get lots of accounting knowledge of manufacturing company from my co-worker and senior person.

The company has not given any financial help in lockdown period from apr to onwards inspite of giving salary the company is terminating from the job with the allegations of poor performance. I have also done the lots of call and email for getting my salary but no one is listening from the company.

Hi! I m unable to recovered my f&f salary from Shark Shopfits Pvt. Ltd from Apr2020 to Onwards. Also have done lots of calls & mails for the same, even sent legal notice. finally, I have filed the legal case against the company. I know it'll not help me out BUT those who are working OR looking for work with this company won't help you due to lock down period and support their Co-workers. Regards Anil Singh Emp Code S7650

Owners are very straight forward.

1) Salary increment only for old peoples and licking peoples. 2) In timing confirm out time not confirmed. 3) Without work performance checking remove out peoples is habit for this company. 4) Only peoples whoes are stay in which those have quality of licking(chatana😋). 5) No job security.

It is one of the worst company in my entire career. I joined as Sr. Quality manager and left my safe and secure job for good package and in this covid era I'm left stranded as company has asked to serve resign due to the bad time. They even don't have a good HR policy. I wish no one join it and don't expect a career in Quality here. Work life balance is pity as they don't have any vision.
