Good place to work, good office culture, proper login and logout is provided.seniors are also friendly nature.

Dislikes

...ound 3.5 years but still they never promoted to senior executive from executive. Salary ncrement is also quite low.

Their is too much pressure for account and funds for a fresher like me. Very much pressure. I am not a fresher that I will have many sources for accounts. Don't join this .

JOB SECURITY WAS GOOD BUT SALARY NEVER RAISING MY SALARY WAS 12000 IN 3 YEARS CAREER . THIS WAS VERY BAD. .... IF YOU WILL DEMAND GOOD BUSINESS AND QUALITY BUSINESS THEN YOU SHOULD PAY HIGH SALARY LIKE 40000-50000 TO SALES BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING HARD WORK IN HOTTY ,RAINNY , WINTER IN EVERY SEASON .....PLEASE RAISING SALARY EVERY SALES PERSON SO CAN DO THEY HAPPILY GOOD SALES IN THERE FIELD. THANKS FOR ASKING TO ME BECAUSE YOU HAVE MY VALUE .

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
