Salary Paid on time. Growing company

Dislikes

You will be fulltime under CCTV surveillance of one director. Management is happy managing security, administration, paper scrap and printers. You are not allowed to drink tea or coffee but team management will eat whole day from home. Management make their leave planning but when employee goes on funeral leaves they force them to reduce leaves.

Good Management ,good appraisal, and most IMPORTANT salaries are paid on time. In my experience of 15 years the salaries very never delayed, if it would be a holiday on salary day the management ensured the salaries are paid on previous day.

...no salary cut , no retrenchment (lay off) free transportation during covid . Salary hikes and performance incentive is very good if you deliver. Good global exposure as company 100 % export oriented

Nothing to like as such.

Dislikes

Currently the company is not performing well so the same reflects in increments given to the employees and the bonus given to them. Please read their latest financial results before joining them. There does not seem to be a promotion policy in place. So, you will remain on the same designation and do the same work for howsoever long you stay with them. In a few cases your senior would have zero knowledge about your work and mostly won't be able to guide you or help you in some ways. You might feel a lack of growth (personally and professionally) . Since all saturdays are working sometimes you might feel hectic or feel a lack of time to do your personal work which cannot be done on holidays (eg. Bank or other government related stuff). Annual leaves are also less considering that all saturdays are working. Sometimes you will be made to sit late without any work but you are expected to report to office daily on time.
