Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14 18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. I do receive appreciation email from the customer but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal. Also there is no on job training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.
Training part is completely missing, don't have any process to check impact of induction or OJT. Zero learning. No job security anyone can lose job anytime either its best performer or low performer. No work life balance.Still working with old way thinking, not ready to bring change or innovate/not ready for open culture. very negative work environment. People management is pathetic.
Teammates was good Company Training also Provided and salary also giving but there is no job Security after 2 months or 6 months if company have problem then company directly Terminate Employee because of only Company Profit & Loss issue

Country manager mr subir mokha, he is Country manager but behaves like sales Associate,lake of maturity,shouts like anything

Untrained top management, zero people management skills for the top management executives, worsts country heads with zero knowledge of retail sales and management
