Nothing is good here,they only need person who work for them they treat engineer as labor they pay salary in case and no record about salary. management is zero, Here Manager is not deserve that post and high payment they deserve only peon work. And they are to chip people they not show how much you work they only believe in lying people & who sweet behave with manager give them high salary..can you tell me if any person higher in 10k per month and after 8 months them salary double.how it possible! Even they person not know about everything.

Management is nonsense, Manager have no MBA degree and seat they post, all are who in high post are nonsens, they want only work not give any benefit.they are chip and lying people they not show work they only believe on gossips..who talk nicely with manager he give then double increment with showing the talent. Manager not show resume what you can achieve and how much degree you can obtain they give you salary consider as ITI if you complete graduation.. totally partiality with worker.here no one is staff and worker all are Equal.. time is too much.as per gov rules only 8 hours duty there 10 hours..then they will get 2 leave in months instead of this if your duty hour is 9 hours then u will not get any leave what is this,,, as per them management 1 leave grant. But they cut money if you take leave. So redecuLu's. Also main MD in Mumbai he also not good man,, if you have some minor mistake then they sent main to employ as " what is this bloody nonsense " is it right things to say any anything /elsewhere this mistake was change in minutes. Instead of this is n production dept they use different material rather than customer requirements..so many faults in mfg process but no one can notice that.in mfg material is major thing then I say is it not bloody nonsense,,,, I say MD bhavngari open your eyes and watch everywhere not only once... એક નં ની વાહિયાત ફેક્ટરી છે ,, અંદર જે માણસો છે અમુક બસ આરામ કરવા આવે હરામ ના પૈસા લઈ જાય અને કામ કરવા વાળા કર્યા કરે એ પણ ઓછા પગાર માં.. ચોખ્ખું શોષણ થાય અહીંયા.. please બધા મારો review જોવો અને action લો. દરોડા પાડવા જેવા છે. અને. હા એવા ઓફિસર જ જવાનું જે જેન્યુઅલી help krwa magta હોય આવા દુષ્ટો સામે.
