Junoir colleagues and new employees have been inducted in the company with more pay for similar nature of work in all streams thereby demotivating and demoralising the old timers. The management has chucked out the old timers by giving poor grades in appraisal for no fault of theirs.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I dislike why shapoorji pallonji company do not above osc staff not enough sailary but ose staff hard work instead of company staff so I left shapoorji pallonji company but I come in shapoorji pallonji company if I get company roll

Due to management issues many good staff should ignore in increment and promotions new comers less experience has more salary structure as compared to old staff
