one major Problems timely salary not credited in bank account (approx 15-20 days let Evey month)

Good company , employee friendly nature depends on incharge, banglore located employees job security is good, non banglore employees job security no guarantee .

Salary is delay, hikes are not upto the mark, no work life balance. 12-14 hrs duty high pressure.
