Organization tried to retain junior level employees having lower salaries by reducing the salary of senior/ mid level employees from 10% to 25%. However, still some retrenchment are being done by staff reduction.

Dislikes

...n issue. This is not expected from a more than 150 years old construction giant. In addition to that, there is a huge salary difference between the old employees and the new joinees. The new joinees with same skillset/ qualification/ degree get higher pay scale. This demotivates the existing employees and the opt for a better opportunity. There must be some parity to retain the existing employees who are serving the organization since last 5/10 years or more.

I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. Lack of Communication. The biggest problem with any relationship is lack of communication. Under Appreciation. Unfair Pay.

Company is best in industry for learning and development. Job security is good. Those who really works good get rewarded but still growth is little slow.

Promotion is late. Salary is low when compared to other big companies like L&T and Tata Projects

A good company to start as fresher as you have opportunity to explore each domains instead of being restricted to one. You have the leisure to learn about the duties of each domain.

Less Salary and very delayed increments.
