Everything, office politics, no growth or promotion, the one who do nothing got promotion, one who work alot got demotion. Join only if you have no other option and if joined leave it asap .

.There is no uniformaty for salary structure, Top management not care. Yearly increament average is 3-4per. There is no fixed cycle for increanent,for 2022-23 increament is still pending since 6 month. IJP is just a formality 80per jobs are fixed

Since 10 years, I'm in this organisation but my salary has not yet come up according to my experience. Like other companies, there is a slab / bracket for particular experience wise candidate regarding CTC. Soon, I'm resigning from the organisation.

There is nothing to like , since COVID now it's a worst company to work , no body is happy , no resources,no work life balance and these is nothing like value addition, only the tones of system work without any guidance and no trained work force on which you can rely.

On time salary.

Work life balance is completely horrible and salary offered at the time of joining is different what you getting at month end. They hide medical compansation part. They call Area HR but treat like entry level recruiter. Pure end to end recruitment.
