Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supporting also the senior staff. Company policies are very good regarding employees health ,good and shelter.

Salary hike is very slow, also there is no asssurity of job as company is going through critical finally crisis, management may harasse employee for resignation if they want cost cutting

Due to management issues many good staff should ignore in increment and promotions new comers less experience has more salary structure as compared to old staff
