I recently viwed the comments and i recently went for interview but thanks for above reviewes and that very TRUE the company is so worst i request everyone don't join this company in front of me i saw that lady she Don's have manners to speak to the employee such toxic environment financially they are very poor no facilities for employees ak 50 rs ka tissue khadrne se phle ye 10000 baar soch rhi thi nd then she said itna mhenga noo don't buy even company me employees pen share kar ke usse kar rhe thy because company na budget nhi hai to ye company salary kya afford karege very pathetic request to owner's please lady pe dhyan do she is destroying culture and company....

Company ethics zero... Work life balance zero manager kabhi bhi call kr dete hai no work ethics... Zero knowledge.... Maine apne 20 yrs. Ke experience ise worst company nhi dheki..... They can't afford a basic things I don't know how they afford salaries..... Seniors ne bhi kabhi dhyan dene ki koshish nhi kii ki yha log a rhe hai ja rhe hai but koi nhi tikk rhaa.... Please check galti kha hai no one like to give such reviews but they suffer isliye vo ye sab likhte hai and you can't stop anyone.... It's better to look into this what happening where you guys are lacking..... Manager should be polite but in shapes she even don't know how to speak to employees no fun no employees benefits.... I can write a book if we talk about the dislikes... Itne reviews ke baad bhi they don't care bcz they know they are like that.... Plzz guy's work on your company thicks and culture.... It's very worst and manager madam plzzz company ko sambhalo you are Senior here and you are the one who destroying the company's roots he week hai too baki company kise shi hogie better to be job less instead of joing this company....

For new joines please beware from the staff and company..... They are such a pathetic people and they will be sweet in starting after that they will start talking badly to you.... Pathetic people... Beware that lady they can destroy your courier such I'll manned and uneducated she is all the best....

As per my experience, The Shapes Products Private limited is not company. He is fully support to our employees.like training part, benifits, finance help. The company not support to office politics.
