Too much difference of opinions between the 2 owners Employee challenges are often overlooked and misunderstood Explicit favouritism towards the IT head undermining the fairness and transparency of the environment.. The Values System is well defined, and everything centers around Integrity and continuous improvement. The work culture relies a lot on self-motivated initiatives, with a freedom to express ideas openly.

Insistance on individual performance and accountability. 5.5 Days a week working.

I like people and culture and also they provide snacks and also family culture.

Dislikes

Too much micro management , she should be removed from the company then only company will grow. Otheriwse she will remove everybody which she doesn't like and will become Powerful and make other people humiliated

There is nothing to like about the company. Specially when they continuously taunts you on same thing again and again. When they are in good mood they will speak to you very politely by saying Ben Ben and when their mood is off they will humiliate you very badly in front of whole office. Company will only if management will get train first by how to speak to employees and understand their concern and queries. They think by giving saturdays off they will loose crores of business but i guarantee by giving atleast two also offs their work will be more productive and people will work more focusely. They think they are giving too much too employees and feel they are best in industries but to be honest as compared to corporate culture which they don't even know 'C' and like from past 75 years they did not even able to implement system then sorry to say but they can't grow and if they want to grow in near future then they should monitor their words because action speaks louder than words. I am writing this review so people can come here and teach something to management which really needs to be taught and please change your moods and habits and also thoda nature badlo yaar pata nai kaunse jamane se aye ho yaar sirf paisa Paisa Paisa sab kuch nahi hai thoda bahut ijjat do logo ko behen bolne se kuch nahi hota hai behen manna bhi padhta hai aur pehle Bhai Bano phir logo se Bhai bulvao. Har chamkati hui chiz Sona nahi hoti.
