Shanti Memorial Hospital is the first NABH accredited Multi specialty Hospital in Cuttack and fourth in Odisha, All employees are treated as one of the family member of this hospital. Employee Reward and Recognition strategy ,Recreational activities,Effective grievance handling procedures and better C & B policies are the crucial tools to retain the employees in the hospital.

It is a NABH accredited hospital and the quality maintenance is very good. One can learn many things to grow in career. There is freedom to work. Helping Associates and subordinates frame me to work with ease and develop as well as exhibit my skills. Team work is very much appreciable and there is an excellent Management Team.
