The owner itself provides a good percentile hike and they give proper knowledge regarding the work as the pay in sick time also overall it was a good experience for me to be a part of this firm

According to me there is no dislike because if the company or the firm is paying you according to your demand then (TBH) surely they wan twork on a given period of time

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
