When You Enter A Field Which Is Totally New To You,You Feel A Certain Way And That's Completely Okay!! I Got The Same Feeling While Entering Into This Job But My Fellow Teachers Made Everything Comfortable For Me + The Sweet Lil Monsters There Were Given To Me Gave Me A Feeling Of Never Letting Them Off, Always Keeping Them In My Arms. It is a very good school indeed my experience was very good over there the management,the staff, career growth etc.. are really good they nurture teachers also so it’s very motivational thing that I believe To work with shanti Juniors was great teaching part of my life from that school I leant a lot.. I wish many more great things for this school All the best

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
