...spital because last 1 year 11 month there is zero increamnet in my salary. Hospital is very good in deduction of salary by apply new rules and these rules and salary deduction apply on hospital staff and not applicable on flattery staff.

Nothing reason for change for personal growth there is no healthcare policy and only for staff welfare discount is 30 percent
