It's a very nice place to work very good environment

Dislikes

see sample Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Dislikes

Thre is lot of Micromanagement and they harass during Full and Final. Even after 4 months of resignation the paper work is pending they are not ready to pay gratuity

The working environment is good with very good understanding and supportive staff.

Dislikes

The location of the school is really very off the main city and located outskirts. All the roads gets deteriorated very badly during monsoon

This school is good for the learner’s or for those who is ready to work anytime

Dislikes

I don’t like that whatever the management will say at the beginning of the session will never be fulfilled in terms of leave and other benefits

The infrastructure of the school is very good and they provide training for skill development

The work environment is quite tensed and always felt insecure about the job. They give importance only to the parents.a
