Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There I got good teammates they treated me very friendly and I never feel hesitate to learn from them and it'll helps to me to get good knowledge from the Shanthala Power Limited.

Work culture is amazing to be frank, the company values both employee and also his immense technical knowledge.

Dislikes

Timings need to be followed well, there is a lot to learn at shantala, so be open to any work assigned to you.
