Management team and H.R Team behavior is very bad 👎. There are Organizations that can put your life on the road any time. Please join before take care...

...inancially nor moral. Apart from that company has reduced the support such as Bus facility stopped, salary deduction. Salary not done on time. Work pressure . Staff and worker reduction etc. There is lots of things to say but not possible to disclosed on portal. My ultimate words are company is not good place to work.

They are sacking people in Mumbai on the pretext that they are closing the Mumbai office. But till date they have not done so. Even not compensated adequately after forcefully obtaining resignation letters and sacking.

Dislikes

No adequate compensation to employees who have been forcefully sacked in the pretext that they are closing the functions of Mumbai, but till date the office is very much functional in Mumbai. The salaries are very low. Treatment to employees by the management is very bad. They is lot of in office politics going on. Work culture is not good and no good future for promising employees. It's more of a family business.

The best thing about my job was the flexibility. I was given the liberty work as per my schedule. Supportive top management: They appreciate for good work and always open to suggest for better. They do ask a lot of questions to understand your thought process behind any decision making which I personally liked a lot.

Dislikes

Problem with Hierarchy. Your queries sometimes goes unanswered because you don’t get to know who to ask the question to, ultimately everything diverting towards the Director.
