I guess you have got a call from this company HR and you are smart enough to check for company reviews online. Smart !! Now I'll suggest you to be smart enough to not join this company. Let me tell you, if you are joining as an executive, you'll be treated as if you don't exist. My teammates were good though. Any rule that is applicable to the whole company doesn't apply to HR. It is compulsory for you to punch in everyday but not applicable to HR. And guess what no pay cuts for them as they control the attendance log. Please check these points and think before joining 1. No Process. The ERP system is worse. For other approvals as small as 100 bucks you need an approval from the Managing Director. 2. High Increment / Good appraisal is only applicable to HR. The average that you might get is 6-8 percent. HR can get upto 15-20 percent 3. The rules that are applicable to you are not applicable to the Chinese nationals. They'll watch everything you do because ofcourse you intend theft to the company. You'll occasionally hear this sentence from your immediate Chinese head "I pay you so you have to do this" 4. This company manufacturers engines. The warehouse system is such a mess that sometimes they can't find engines. Can you imagine a box that weighs almost 1000 kgs can't be found out anywhere. Even if they find out where the engine is there is good chance that a different engine being shipped to the customer 5. And come on, there are a lot of beautiful opportunities out there
