Change over from 6 days a week working pattern to 5 days a week. Should give 15 days bank holidays.

Shaman is the best company that I have work for 2years and by pandemic we lost our job still waiting if company officers again job opportunities will ready to work once again if company give us a chance to work

Every day you never know your job is secure or not, they fired most of employ to create terror in other employ in publicly. 2. they give vadapav, samosa for overtime , they frequently call employs on holidays to complete monthly target. 3. the management is so poor i got my full and final check after 78 dyas my couligs which i know they got it after 3 months without any reasons or complications. 4. they will aoide your training from Daimler company 5. work life balance is worst due to target pressure and overtime on vadpav

Every responsibility had a corresponding authority making it easy for employees for perform their duty. Empowerment to employees to perform tasks by their own methodology. Acknowledgement of ones effort. Multiple learning opportunities and growth within the organisation and group
