I have been working in Shalom Hills International School for the past 4 years. It is a place full of learning not only for students but for the teachers as well. The organisation understands and guides the teachers appropriately and at the same time provide opportunities which help them to grow. I am proud to be a part of such an organisation where there is mutual respect for each other. We believe in imparting child-centric education for holistic development of the learners.

Over the past two years,my experience with the organisation has been nothing short of fulfilling. The management consistently values employee input and is quick to implement new ideas, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. The sense of camaraderie among colleagues is strong,creating a positive and supportive work environment. Working with well behaved students makes each day enjoyable ,and I genuinely look forward to coming to school. The opportunities for career growth has been abundant, allowing me to learn and develop in ways I hadn't anticipated. I've truly appreciated my time here and would be proud to continue my journey with the organization,even considering retiring here one day.
