...pany is much focused on SAP and there is not big projects for data analyst team.salary increament is also not much as work load is increasing as per seniority.

Its mid level company so job security is as usual not as per expectations. Work culture is best, management need to understand problems of employees. Company relieving policies are good, always ready to negotiate release date.

Some management people are biased minded.
