...ity and seems most unmanaged employee of organization No values for employees They deduct/cut in developer salary if developer doesn't have enough work from sales team (Even on project failure due to their wrong decisions) No standard rules HR and management change rules as per thier benefits at any time and more frequently No Standard Appraisal process

Emotional Abuse to get work out of you after hours. No matter how good you perform DO NOT EXPECT RAISE if you are not willing to be the pet you know what i mean. You are not paid over time no matter how much you over work especially if you are in node team. There are meny more things to say but i'll stop here...

I would say there is nothing people like about this company. They treat their employees like slave.

Dislikes

Their working hours were 9:30 to 7 but you have to work late at night or in weekends if they assign you any task on urgent basis and you have to submit it urgent basis.
