I have worked 6 years with this company as a site engineer and lot of learned from this company like under ground cabling ,Maintenance work at Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Dislikes

I have observed in this company their high level employees at HO and Site as well treated as a partiality means they have preferred marathi peoples if you are marathi then you will grow up speedly other than. And most important this company hired a people as a contract basis this is hidden not mentioned in offer letter provided by the company. So company has been not provided any of the HR facilities like ESIC,PF,MEDICAL etc. This facilities provided by the company for onroll employees overl all conclusion is people who have working with site and contract basis company treated use and through policy. And the other hand salary not provided regular monthly basis as per my experience last time my salary pending with last three month and same as to site expenses due to this issue difficult to maintain our family. So my experience with this company is very bad. Note:- Most of high level employees like Manager, Project Engineer have submit a duplicate bill and withdraw the amount as a thief/commission with vender and Head Office as well.

Everything For example when we late just 10 minutes to arrive office then they deduct half day salary There is no any engineering work it's only contacting company I joined this company and after two months I don't get my first month's salary It's really terrible
