Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Shakun is a big company unit in india.shakun have 3 different plant in Gujarat. Shakun have made wire and cable compounding.is is export 40 %domestic and 60%export in gulf country.

A person does not get work as per his candidature inspite of being highly experienced rather he will get good increment above average when he/she is ready to handle owners(HNI) accounts and personal work, there is no policy of promotion i.e. a person joined as officer/AM/Manager will remain at same designation even after 5/10/15 years as per observation.
