Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. None, Only a peon who they beat up to death later on.

Dislikes

No security, No documents, Corruption all over, you cant even sit your own way. There is so much abuse in the company its shocking. They threaten you, harrass you, cut all your leaves, even if someone is in medical need, forget the compensation they will cut your leaves on top. There is no overtime, i have worked till 11 pm sometimes
